Baton 3 pro max light dims down. Sometimes does not turn on

I left a message; hopefully, someone will get back to me. I have multiple O Light flashlights and have never had these problems before.

Baton 3 turbo setting quit working

It started working again, but later it completely died. Won't light up at all now.

I can't find my warranty paperwork, but would like to get it fixed. Please advise.

I have many other Olights, never had a problem with them. However this is pretty scary.

It got extremely hot in my pocket and was unable to turn it off or lock it out. On bright overheated shut off and come back on by itself

They have gone silent.

I gave 3 stars (*) because of one other experience with their CS dept which was absolutely stellar. My most recent experience was in the top three worst CS experiences I have ever endured.

It was as if I had been in contact with two different companies. So the 3*'s is a combination of 5 for the first contact and 0 for this most recent one. I won't go in to detail, but to sum up the first experience for comparison, it involved a faulty product. I spent maybe 10 min in CS chat and a new unit was sent to me free of charge.

The second separate issue was much more involved and required a live phone call. I spent hours, and then multiple days calling their CS phone #. Sometimes it would ring and ring and a recorded Asian woman's voice would mumble something unintelligible and then I was disconnected. Other times the call would connect and I was treated to *** hold music until finally after about 10 min I was disconnected.

So I finally resort to chat. The woman tells me she has sent a message to whomever handles the phones (she isn't capable or qualified to call me!) and I should wait patiently for them to call me. That was day one and I never heard a peep. As detailed, day 2 was filled with a dozen or more calls to CS with no connection still.

Again, the promised call from CS never came. So I resort to chat... This is where the nightmare really begins. My issue was that I was trying to make an online purchase through their site.

The site would not allow me to check out. So the CS chat person summons another CS person to send me a link to an invoice that should allow me to complete my purchase. I receive the invoice and the prices of the two items I'm trying to purchase are not the same as they were on their site, they are more expensive. Also, the $5 online coupon that was applied to my order was not applied on this invoice.

Furthermore, all of the specific details such as color, etc. of the two items were not shown on the invoice... Red Flag! After going round and round about the price discrepancy and missing details (the CS rep assured me I wasn't being over charged on the invoice vs.

the online total) I could not convince her to adjust the invoice to reflect the same total that I would have paid had I been able to complete the purchase online. So that was it for me.

The only reason I was making this purchase on their website and not through Amazon (which is cheaper) was because of the $5 coupon and a free gift that I would have received for making the purchase through their website. R E A L L Y long story coming to an end, I hung up and completed the purchase through Amazon without a hitch.

It just stopped working.We're even with the new battery and no damage to it and i cleaned it

I really like the quality and the function of the lights. I have a few of them.

And I only have a problem with one and it might be a sensor but I just need to talk to somebody and have not been able to get contacted.

I give a 5 star on the quality, but the service isn't really great and I don't wanna. Actually rate anything because I haven't even talked to anybody yet.And I want to give you guys a chance to show that you're worth the five stars that I hope you are

Warranty issue

Flashlight bulb was dim and tried new battery and charging and even swapped out base from another identical light but still dull. Guy was very helpful.

More my mistake than Osight

I purchased an Osight model S optical sight but did not get an adapter plate to mount it on my Glock

That is okay. But I went through a real hassle finding the correct plate. I bought a number of plates from other vendors but none fit the gun and the sight

Finally I reached out to Osight and customer service looked up and found and shipped me the correct adapter plate
