I love Olight lights, I have been a customer for a long time, their lights are amazing. Been with Olight for a very long time, I have so many lights from them, All work so well.
Even have flashing lights for my pets, 2 dogs, it's fun to watch these lights blinking as the dogs jump,run, and do crazy things at night. Have the key chain lights for all of my family, plus buy for my friends as gifts.

Nothing happened that I know of. I called with a question and it was answered.
So I ordered your new O-sight. I have several O-light products and have been happy with all of them.
Can't wait for that sight to get here.

I was installing my O light, all a sudden the it snapped into pieces, I own several O lights and have never had a problem until now. Great weapons lights at an affordable price.

Within 24 hours of my email to Olight they responded to my email and got a replacement part in the mail to me. Excellent customer service! I was extremely impressed with how they handled the problem and how quickly it was resolved.
User's recommendation: If you ever have any issues Olight will resolve it quickly.
I have a recalled MR two warrior pro. And a warrior X that the tail switch is defective
I have a recalled MR two warrior pro that I would like replaced.
Also, I have a warrior X pro that the tail switch is defective and will not turn on.

Hello so Im having a little trouble with my tail switch, when I press it the light comes on but doesnt stay on it basically only blinks if I could get some help on that it would be much appreciated.

I have had several bad batteries with my Olight weapon mountain lights, however their customer service is very good and they always send replacements. And quickly.

I'm not filling a complaint against olight, I just needed to contact them for a replacement clip and didn't realize this was a complaint line.

On and off switch not working properly
I am kinda upset with the money I spent on the light. I use it on a regular basis but here we are and now I can't turn it off with out unscrewing the battery.
It is a very big inconvenience just for the fact that it is not functioning as it should. If I new this before I would have definitely not bought the light.
What is worst is that this is not the only light I bought. I hope we can resolve this issue with out making it complicated.

Hello,
I have a BALDR Pro R that I have been using on my SWAT pistol that is malfunctioning. The light is dim and will not switch between the high and low brightness setting.
It also will not charge or it remains green even though the light is very dim. I have had this issue before with another BALDR Pro and this happened right before it stopped working altogether.
I can not use this on a duty weapon as I know it will fail at this point and is too dim to see anything. How do I send this in for repair or replacement?

I emailed Olight and they fixed the problem within the hour.
It didnt get it back in so Im wondering if my order is actually coming or not? If not, I was wondering if I could just get another baldr pro r in black like I originally ordered. <- this had been my complaint
Olight emailed me within the hour, assuring me that I had nothing to worry about and that it had been taken care of by Emily. Personally, I haven't ordered an Olight in the past based off of people's reviews on the lights.
But something just pushed me to order one, I was a little thrown off, but after seeing their customer service I have no doubt their product is going to be amazing.
And hopefully I'll continue to buy from this company. I might even do an honest review on the baldr pro r that I ordered.
User's recommendation: Just send an email if you have any issues big or small and i promise they can and will handle it so you have contentment with your purchase.
Multiple product issues
I have many Olight products and am very happy with them. Just recently I had the same issue with 3 of the same exact product.
Customer service, once I found their number on this site, was very helpful.
They sent me a shipping label after only a few minutes of troubleshooting. I'm confident they will correct the problem.

My olight will not charge and will not turn on at all
I was using it and then I went to use it about 30 minutes later and it would not work. And it shows to be charged but will not come on
