I cannot reach anyone from customer service.
The light flashes and then it goes out. It will come on again but will continue to flash until the light goes out.
Preferred solution: A flashlight that works correctly.

Question about an order canceled?
It would be nice to get somebody on the phone. That can answer questions instead of jumping through hoops and ladders and waiting for somebody to get with you to answer some questions.
Wondering why they cancel an order when it went through the other day.And it was cleared now canceled??? And no you can't call and talk to somebody on the phone.You gotta play the game and do all kinds of nonsense and hope that somebody will call you back and wait around andaste your time just to get an answer.

Crap—redirected to chat.
Simply redirected to the live chat. This would never be accepted in another country and I doubt the customer service and other countries is like this. Im surprised the live chat is not an AI.

My brand new charger that I ordered from you guys, a magnetic circular charger for my Olight Arkfield, is just staying green whenever I connect it, and it's not charging my device.
Preferred solution: Yes if this isn’t the right one for this device, I would like the correct one to be able to charge my flashlight. It was a very expensive flashlight.

Not happy with purchase
Your battery charger is advertised to except AA/AAA where as the charger I received only excepts AAA. Most of my batteries are AAA. Your website also states a 30 day money back guarantee which is what I am after
