Exchange and send me a new flashlight olight the one I purchased is defective and when I turn it on, it starts smoking its a great flashlight. I would just like to replace it for another one $100 flashlight I would like it to work properly.

- Bought a red dot that didn't work.
- Support told me to email after calling.
- They sent a replacement due to stock issues, which I don't want.
I bought a red dot, and it didn't work as advertised. I tried the phone number, and the guy called me back to basically tell me I need to email someone who cares.
So after email tag, they sent me an item to replace it that I don't want because they are out of stock on the one I bought.
They make decisions for you. Basically, too bad for you.

A mistake was made on my behalf trying to send multiple orders to different places. I got one of the addresses wrong and didnt realize it until I got my receipt.

The light flashes and then it goes out. It will come on again but will continue to flash until the light goes out.

Question about an order canceled?
- It would be nice to speak to a person on the phone who can answer questions.
- The process requires hoops and callbacks, delaying answers.
It would be nice to get somebody on the phone. That can answer questions instead of jumping through hoops and ladders and waiting for somebody to get with you to answer some questions.
Wondering why they cancel an order when it went through the other day.And it was cleared now canceled??? And no you can't call and talk to somebody on the phone.You gotta play the game and do all kinds of nonsense and hope that somebody will call you back and wait around andaste your time just to get an answer.

Simply redirected to the live chat. This would never be accepted in another country and I doubt the customer service and other countries is like this. Im surprised the live chat is not an AI.
