HOW DO YOU TURN OFF THE NEW LIGHT SPHERES??

I received the new Light Sphere as a gift with my last order. It appears that I have to connect it to an app.

HOWEVER, the instruction telling me to click three times to get to the flashing green does not work. At no point in the sequence is there a green flashing light. From white I get solid red, flashing red, and then a multicolored one that does not connect to your app.

Hence, I cannot turn the danged thing off. WTF??

They got back to me and responded with not only how to turn off the device but I missed it in the instruction book.

My Seeker 4 Pro will not charge using either magnetic chargers. Plus, I set my flashlight down and my lens melted. I cannot find the serial number anywhere on the flashlight, on or in the box, or on either instruction manual.

Yes about a week ago or longer I was home by myself and I just had what I thought was a hernia removed but unfortunately it was cancerous and I had it for several years and it started to hurt so they said that the type of cancer I will not live long,! Besides the point I have been having trouble with my valkrie pl mini 2 and it was staying on about 10 minutes and start to flicker and go completely out so I took it off my edc gun and it was put on the charger and sat on my nightstand!

Well I was outside and sitting in the garage and polishing my knives and I was outside for a few hours and I went in the house and I smelled something burning and I thought it was maybe something in the kitchen so I went in there and I couldn't smell anything so I went to my bedroom and I could smell it strong and it looked like the light was barely smoking and I thought it was going to catch fire so I pulled it off the charger and I threw it in the hallway on the tiles and it burned my hand really bad! So I emailed customer service and I was talking to avacs@***.com I believe I am sure that it was ava! And I have explained everything about what happened and I told her that I was thinking about sending it in before so I took a few pictures of the box and the light! I had the light in on the kitchen counter with the charger and my wife was home from work and I am not allowed to lift anything after the surgery but she asked what it was and I said junk!

Well we are dinner and I had to lay down and she had thrown the light in the trash because we live a half mile from the highway and she has been either taking it up on the fourwheeler or my truck before we live on a dirt road and they had got stuck before and haven't to get a huge wrecker to pull them out so every since we have to tske our trash and our mailboxes are up there and our neighbors! She took it out on Sunday night because they run between 6&7am the next day I was not even thinking about it I figured that she stuck it in the junk drawer so later that day I called her at work and asked what she did with the light and charger which were no good the chrome around the bulb was black! Anyway I was very lucky I took it off my gun because it could have been fatal! However the OLight lady kept saying that she was so sorry for everything and she said she would be sending a new one out and I thanked her and I was teasing her and said it would be nice to get some free merch and she said she was only able to do the light!

I have emailed her several times to see if she could let me know when I would receive it or can she send me a tracking number so it would not be stolen since the box is so far away and the neighbors have kids to and I don't want to get it stolen! I have messaged on Facebook and sent several different emails and I have called the 888 number and there's no way it works me and my brother called two days straight and when it would hang up we would call straight back and I have been calling it myself for almost a week! I tried to do the online chat with a person and I would ask if he was there and he would not respond back and I was just writing a small paragraph! I have spent thousands of dollars on your products and I have got my brother and my friend and they spend way more than I do but if I am not treated fairly after I was already promised a new light I don't think I will and I know that my brother will not and probably my friend ever purchase anything else from OLight!

I have probably 8 different lights nib I have the Christmas obulb and the limited edition lights the copper pen light! Please treat me fairly and lmk if it has been sent out yet if not please see if you can get me the tracking number! My light was green but I would prefer black but it doesn't matter I'm just needing it for protection I live in the country and the world is getting bad! Charging issue

Olight Store - Charging issue

I need to know if my magnetic charging cable is working properly. I just bought a Seeker mini and the clear plastic part that attaches to the cable is blinking a very light red.

Is it supposed to illuminate fully red? I attached the charging cable to my Seeker Pro 4 and the plastic part illuminated fully red.

I hope someone can explain how to use the magnetic charging system. Can I charge the Seeker mini battery on a normal charging station?

Broken part on bike light

The issue hasnt not been resolved yet, Ive only talked with them once and Im waiting for some information. I thought this might be something, so many freaking emails Im going freaking crazy leave me alone unless it has something concrete to do with what Im trying to get done, thanks

Beginning to think that olight has cheap but expensive products. Won't be the first time I have to return a product.

Not working

Olight Store - Not working

My son received a Olight flashlight for his birthday and he loved it. Unfortunately, it stopped working after about 30 days it was a gift from a friend of ours who is a local police officer.

He said that you guys have the best customer service and that we should reach out to see what we can do to get it replaced or repaired. It is a Olight S2R Baton II.

My son is 10 and he would be over the moon if we can do something so that he has a working flashlight. Thank you so much.

Preferred solution: I would like to just get a working flashlight for my son. Not sure if it could be the battery but we didn’t want to spent 30.00 on a battery and that not fix the problem

The website is poorly functioning, the unavailable items are not clearly marked as such.

When dealing with chat - human support - Emily and then Sherry the treatment was absolutely awful; they lied, kept saying understand and 'sorry for inconvenience' while not even bothering to understand the issues.

Offered to cover the shipping ($5) just to retract claiming the 'confusion'.

Didn't answer a single question, very simple questions. Just completely disregarded and ignored.

The cart got emptied out on the site.

The chat with Emily was abruptly ended by her.

Uses stolen credit cards

Tried to report my card number was stolen and to talk to an expert (?) They want a $1 and my card info! How stupid do you think I am? Have contacted my bank and will go that route.

Olight mini Baldr Grey

Hello, My name is Tavant Williams. I purchased one of your light/laser combos, the Olight Mini, about two years ago at a store in GA, brand new and sealed.

My magnet charger is not charging my light anymore so I threw it away. So, my question is, is that normal since I've been using it this long? And is there any way I can get a replacement? I love the product but can't use it without a working charger.

I use it on my EDC, which is a Smith and Wesson EZ 9mm. Thank you and I hope to hear back from you guys.
