I called to get information and the lady couldnt understand what I was telling her Didnt know her pun products. Told me I couldnt talk to anybody else.she said if I hung up and called back I would get her again She said she was the only one I could talk to.
Very frustrating and dont think I would buy another product from someone that obviously couldnt answer a simple question. Dont trust them

Was wanting to see if you know when the replacement light will arrive and if I am going to get a tracking number! Ava@***e said that she would be sending out a new Valkyrie pl mini 2 light!
I have message her a few times and she has not responded back! I'm just wanting to be watching for it because our mailbox is about a half mile from our house and I don't want it to get stolen! Can you please lmk what is going on with this and if it was done sent out!

I bought my Valkyrie PL-2 cca 2 years ago.
Newer used it. I tested it a few times and that's it. The condition you can see on the picture in attachment.
Last time I tried it didn't work.
I bought two new batteries but still it doesn't work.
The serial number is H1127****
Please help me.

I own a M2R PRO 1800 Lm Olight. It was working fine, there were no issues, I recharged it a few times and went back to using it. But this one time, the battery ran out, I went to recharge it using the magnetic charging cable, but it doesn't recharge, and it keeps blinking the red and green light on the cable.
I'm using an Olight 21700 rechargeable lithium-ion battery 500mAh 3.6v.
I tried using different USB ports.
I wiped the end of the flashlight and the magnetic cable.
There seems to be nothing wrong with it, it simply won't charge and keeps blinking the green and red light.

Will not charge. At all its never been used got it for my wife if power is out. Update Olight is sending a new battery and if that dies not they will do what is needed

I had bought a olight charger that charged the rcr123a 650mah batterys it had magnetic discs that went on each end of the battery and would charge 2 batters so it had 4 magnetic discs and a usb plug well I took the batterys out of my light hooked them up to charge about 30ish mins later I smelled something burning so I go looking and that charger had melted and ruined it and the 2 batterys that was charging it burned my desk the charger and the 2 batts I dont know what to do but I need to get a new charger and batteries so I can use my light its a m1t raider plus sn: 00224

Decent products with crap customer service. Spend the extra $$ and buy American.
Good afternoon,
First, I'd just like to say I love your products. This is not a complaint.
I have been using my Opry daily at work and over time the torque on the bit lock has weakened.
While I have repaired this myself, I did lose the bits that came with the tool. Are replacement bits available for purchase?

I tried getting help with no success theres no way to speak to someone ive beem waiting and tried to track my items with the tracking number and it says it wasnt sent but after goi ng on their website it say item was delivered almost 2 weeks ago so i keep tring to speak with someone but theres no way to talk directly even when calling during business hours

Okay this started during the Thanksgiving sale they do switch and baits on the on somebody that doesn't spend a lot of money but I'm on that website you get in touch with customer service and they treat you like you're stupid like they tell me that their little wheel game is pretty selected okay that's rigged pretty selected means and they do nothing about it they tell me that I'm stupid and I didn't mean anything number two they give me a little special pumpkin flashlight because my order was over 10 days late yeah over 10 days late this thing gets so extremely hot that it puts it that burns my hand and I'll label to do is for me to send the flashlight into them so they can do research on it I thought oh that was about the people who likes the flashlights and stuff but not all that 22.2 million dollar company it's just showed me over and over again you're about the money not about the fan I would suggest that you ever want to go to Coast at least there they don't treat you like your retarded
